Corporate guidance has been in the expert hands of the Sole Director Vincenzo Rusciano since the foundation of the company. Mr. Rusciano, age 47, entered CCIAA Experts Professional Register in 1994 and the Naval Experts Professional Register of Taranto in 1998. As Marine Surveyor he is a full fledged expert in all the duties needed for Maritime Transport business to be safe and successful: ship vetting, quality/quantity inspections; chemical/petrochemical/dietary samples analysis; technical oversight of stowage and lashing; draft survey; on hire/off hire survey; container inspection; scrutiny of damages for ships and cargos; management and settlement of claims; average management and surveys for insurance companies both italian and international.
In the last decade, Mr. Rusciano has also devoted himself to ecological tasks like hydrocarbon and oil de-pollution of sea and earth and subsequent decontamination of the areas involved.
On behalf of many P/I he has also oversaw and directed many open sea naval rescues together with technicians from Smith, Titan and Tsavliris. Marine Surveyor Nicola Semeraro, age 46, registered in the Naval Expert Professional Register of the CCIAA of Taranto in 1994. His multi-year experience and expertise in the services aiding Maritime Transport business, Pre-Loading activities supervision and ship damage evaluation also encompass containers inspections, stowage plan & control, average management, quality/quantity controls, chemical/petrochemical/dietary constituents sampling, draft survey, dry cargo inspections, ship vetting and bunkering operations. He is also a qualified hatch tester with ultrasound equipment "CERTIFIED OPERATOR QUALIFIED FOR ULTRASONIC TIGHTNESS TESTING OF HATCHES WITH THE CLASS TYPE APPROVED SHERLOG TA" No. SDT10070916-2.
Marine Surveyor Giosafat Castelli, age 65, registered in the Naval Expert Professional Register of the CCIAA of Taranto in 1993. He is fully experienced with Loading operations of iron&steel products and has been operating as expert at ILVA's piers in Taranto since 1974. He is also involved in oil tanker inspections, pre-loading planning, ship inspections for damage appraisal, and wide-ranging cargo sampling operations consisting in both planning and management of automatic sampling equipments.
Marine Surveyor Giuseppe Manigrasso, age 50, registered in the Naval Expert Professional Register of the CCIAA of Taranto with his twenty years experience in Maritime Transport services like stowage planning & control, quality/quantity controls, container & dry cargo inspections, draft survey, average management, chemical,petrochemical and dietary constituents sampling.
Marine Surveyor Pietro Paolo Iaccarino, age 67, formerly worked for RINA (December 1979 – October 2017) where he covered different roles before being appointed as Senior Supervisor and Director of RINA headquarters in Taranto. He is qualified for different kinds of inspection: annual inspection, mid-term inspection, Register of Shipping renewal inspection, hull inspection, first classification inspection, boiler room oversight, and heavy lift inspection. His expertise also covers both ship & heavy lift equipment building superintendency.
Complementing our staff there are two more worthy Marine Surveyor apprentices, Antonio D’Ambrosio and Giuseppe De Marco; and our two lovely and unique assistants, Concetta Speciale and Maria Paola Mellone, both responsible of our fluid report activity & documentation management, of Stim Consult communication with its Clients and Partners as well as making our daily working environment with its stacks of assignments, commitments and 24/7 tasks as much familiar and pleasant as possible.
